Help Me Light the Path to Healing for Children in Our Community

I’m excited to share that I’m participating in the Light Up the Night Against Child Abuse Fun Run/Walk on Friday, September 12, 2025 at Jefferson Community College. This event raises awareness—and critical funds—for the Child Advocacy Center of Northern New York, where brave children begin their journey toward healing after experiencing abuse.

These are services no child should have to need—but when they do, they deserve the very best care, at no cost, and without delay.

Right now, you may have seen more child abuse cases being prosecuted in our area—that’s because the CAC team is doing incredible, life-changing work behind the scenes to ensure children are protected and their stories are heard. I’m walking (or running!) to support them, and to help bring safety and hope to more children.
