As the only safe shelter in the county, we offer a safe haven for women, men, and children escaping dangerous situations, providing a fresh start for those who need it most. Our 20-bed facility is more than just a place to stay—it's a place to rebuild.

Beyond the shelter, we provide a lifeline through our 24/7 Hotline, offering immediate support to anyone in need.

Our Child Advocacy Center of Northern New York is a cornerstone of care for young survivors of abuse, offering therapy, medical exams, forensic interviews, and emotional support. From advocacy to our Safe Harbour Program, which serves victims of trafficking, we provide comprehensive support services.

In addition, our advocacy extends into the community with services at Jefferson Community College and our main office, assisting families with emotional support, Family Court filings, and custody matters.
